It’s been an exciting kickoff to the new year with a very busy few weeks!

We launched Phase 1 of the Bloom protocol — so you can now create your BloomID, vote on community polls and invite new users. 1000+ people have since created their BloomID, you can too.

With a heavy focus on community, as always, we kicked off the Community Alliance Program with a monthly livestream series. The first livestream was a success — and you can look forward to more. This week, we also announced the winners of the Community Rewards Program!

Community Alliance Program and LiveStream Kickoff

As part of the Community Alliance Program, we kicked off the program with our monthly livestream series. This is a program designed to work hand-in-hand with our community to build Bloom together. This means regular updates at a pace and cadence decided by our community in the Bloom voting dApp, as well as a feedback program and other upcoming initiatives.

We are excited to share with you the success of the first livestream. Nearly 400 people tuned in live and 2000 people have since watched the recording of the stream! This was our first ever stream, we took a ton of notes as well as recorded your feedback. Our goal is to bring you high-quality livestreams with even more information.

The next livestream will be announced soon. If you have any feedback or suggestions, please let me know. As before, you will be able to submit your questions to us beforehand.

Winner, Winner

This week we were excited to announce the official winners of the Bloom Community Rewards Program.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the community and supported us! We are immensely thankful for the 18,400 people who participated in the program. This program rewards top community members with prizes. Prizes included $15,000 of BLT, Bloom shirts and early access to the BloomCard, the first crypto credit card.

Chinese and Japanese Translations Released

Bloom is a global initiative and global protocol. Our initial whitepaper was written in English, and until just recently, we’ve never issued a translation of our website, whitepaper or overview. This means we’ve largely attracted English-speaking users to our product.

It’s time to expand our international reach. We are starting through translations and local adaptations of our website and product marketing material. Community members all over the world have asked for regionalized versions of our project to spread to their friends, family, lenders, and partners in their locale.

We have started with Japanese and Chinese translations. If you have anyone who would like these versions, please feel free to send them direct links to the website.

Create Your BloomID Now

If you haven’t yet heard, Bloom has officially launched Phase 1 on the Mainnet. This includes the release of Bloom registration, the first BloomID smart contracts, the BloomID voting dApp smart contracts, and the invitation smart contracts.

1000+ people have created their BloomID, you can create yours too. You can now setup your BloomID, vote and invite friends and family here!
